As a Sr. Associate – Developer with 5+ years of experience, you are responsible for

All aspects of the software development lifecycle, including coding, integration testing, deployment, and documentation. Work collaboratively within an agile project team Follow best practices and coding standards Ability to drive change through collaboration, influence and demonstration of POCs. Develop custom configurable frameworks/libraries

Core/Must have skills

Strong knowledge on programming languages like Python, R and complex SQL and hands on development experience

Experience working on Spark, Airflow and Data engineering pipelines

Experience working on Unix OS, shell scripting, and working in a multi-developer environment, using version control (i.e. Git)

Good to have skills

Good understanding on Public cloud, preferably AWS

Good understanding on Databricks platform

Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to delivery and co-ordinate with team members in a matrix organization

Communicate effectively in a professional manner both written and orally

Work Schedule

Hybrid
