Responsibilities:

1. Application Management:

- Lead the Application Management Services for SAP OTC, ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of the system.

- Manage day-to-day operations, incident resolution, service requests and Problem Mangement related to SAP OTC.

2. Enhancements and Upgrades:

- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and propose enhancements to SAP OTC functionality.

- Lead the planning and execution of SAP OTC upgrades and patches.

3. Problem Resolution:

- Investigate and resolve complex issues related to SAP OTC functionality, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders.

- Implement preventive measures to minimize recurring issues and improve system reliability.

4. Performance Monitoring:

- Implement monitoring tools and processes to ensure the optimal performance of SAP OTC.

- Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks.

5. Change Management:

- Assess the impact of changes on SAP OTC functionality and collaborate with change management teams to ensure smooth implementations.

- Provide guidance on best practices and potential risks associated with changes.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain detailed documentation of SAP OTC configurations, issues, and resolutions.

- Generate regular reports on system performance, incidents, and service levels for management and clients.

7. Client Relationship Management:

- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing strategic advice on SAP OTC solutions.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients in matters related to SAP OTC functionality.

8. Team Leadership and Mentorship:

- Provide leadership to the AMS team, offering guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

9. Must have Hands on Technical Skills:

- Variant Configuration

- Complex Pricing Configuration

- Warranty Management

- Service Orders

Job Requirements Details:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor"s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

- Extensive experience (X+ years) as an SAP OTC Functional Consultant, with a focus on Application Management Services.

- Proven expertise in SAP OTC modules, including configuration, enhancements, and upgrades.

- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and application support best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor a team of consultants.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
