Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Wedjat Health Solutions. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. This is a full-time position based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. We welcome freshers with less than 1 year of experience to apply for this role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Strong Hindi
- problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Empathy and the ability to actively listen to customer needs
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information, recommendations, and guidance to customers
- Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges
- Handling customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
- Ensuring customer privacy and data protection in accordance with company policies
- Meeting or exceeding customer service goals and productivity targets
