We are looking for an HR Executive at Ikigai (Ahmedabad) to support our Human Resource Dept. 

 

What will I be doing?

  • Identify and source prospective candidates on job boards, professional networks, social networks and through referrals

  • Work with Hiring Managers to strategize and recruit new team members and manage the recruitment process until onboarding. 

  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility

  • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard

  • Planning & Implementing employee engagement activities

  • Effectively working on employee branding

  • Assisting in documentation of virtual and physical reports
