Inside Sales Roles andResponsibility


Generate leadsby calling sending emails and responding to incoming calls/emailssocial media(LinkedIn)

SendingBusiness proposals present company concepts & services toprospectiveclients.

ConductingSocial Media research to identify potential prospects Follow up& Fixingappointments.

Demonstratingproducts to customers wherever Possible /Applicable

Maintaining goodbusiness relationships with existingclients

Updatingin our module with key information on dailybasis

Responsible forimplementing campaign marketing and advertising on new and existingproducts

Ensure thataround 6070 calls are done everyday.

Coordinationwith the sales / BD personnel on the Status of the leadgiven(success/hold/Reject)




Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within Growthaccounts, collaborating with the sales team for successfulconversions Skills : B2B sales ,corporate Sales , IT Product Sales,Field Sales, Telecaller, Outbond calls . Good hold on verbalcommunication (English mandatory) . Experience in BPO/Inside sales/ Sales call between 06 to 2 years
