Job Title: Sales Manager Mortgage (DSAChannel)

Location: Gurugram India

Experience: Minimum 4 years in Mortgage Sales preferablythrough DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel

CTC:Up to 12 LPA

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies throughthe DSA channel.
  • Recruit train and manage DSApartners to achieve sales targets.
  • Fosterstrong relationships with DSA partners and provide ongoingsupport.
  • Identify and pursue new DSApartnerships to expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamlesscoordination and support for DSA partners.
  • Monitor DSA performance and provide regular feedback forimprovement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements and company policies within the DSAchannel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevantfield.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience inmortgage sales with a focus on DSA channel.
  • Proven track record of success in managing DSApartnerships and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership communication and negotiationskills.
  • Indepth knowledge of mortgage productsmarket trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpacedenvironment.
