We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Product Management II to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Pune, India – Hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Enhance: Write business requirements based on needs from Sales (often “change the bank” items) and production opportunities (“run the bank” items); review business requirements documentation with Platform Partners (Technologists and Business Analysts), answer questions, and refine as needed; and contribute to Product strategy, gather, and deliver relevant business information and participate in growth plans.
- Maintain: Serve as the “second level of triage” on the team for production items raised by clients and Sales (first line being the regional Market Managers) through helping to triage and submitting JIRAs as needed; own the inventory of open requests across all regions by working together with regional Sales Leads and partners to progress through to resolution; and work closely with the RTE and Scrum Leader to track JIRAs associated with production issues and challenges.
- Commercialize: Support the team in creation and maintenance of user training manuals, currency guide, client facing collaterals and other product documentation; serve as the responsible individual for multiple FX Payment and Receipt products; and work closely with internal teams, Onboarding team, and Client Service team on new client onboarding, connectivity, issue resolution and everyday operational management of TS FX Payments activity.
- Collaborate: Work with Regional FX Market Managers to understand and service client requirements. Take the lead to break down high-level business requirements and translate into detailed requirement/user stories and working through all the elements with the relevant stakeholders; orchestrate testing and evaluating the effectiveness of the FX Solutions products; and perform other product related duties as assigned by the Product Leads for TS FX payments.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 10-12 [HA1] years of total work experience preferred.
- Extensive understanding of, and experience with JIRA, MIRO, Confluence, and similar ticket tracking systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FX), Markets, Payments, Treasury Services, and Cash Management.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in writing and speaking.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple groups and disciplines by taking control, organizing, creating a path forward, executing the plan, and monitoring effectiveness.
