Position Summary:
Join our dynamic team in Bengaluru or Hyderabad as a Director of Business Transformation, where your expertise will drive our process improvements and unrelenting pursuit of excellence in client delivery. The Director of Business Transformation will spearhead strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the MarketStar. This role involves leading the transformation of business processes, identifying areas of opportunity for large Six-Sigma improvement projects as well as quick Lean projects, keeping process documentation and SOPs current across programs, deriving the best value from transactional quality teams across programs, and ensuring the company’s ability to meet changing market demands and customer expectations in constantly getting better. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale transformations, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive business transformation strategy aligned with the company’s long-term goals.Identify key areas for improvement and innovation across the business unit.Project manage cross-functional teams in the implementation of transformation initiatives.Partner with senior management to ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with business objectives.2. Operational Excellence
Drive process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.Oversee the redesign of business processes to improve performance and customer satisfaction.All programs should be made malpractice proof, through robust processes and governanceEnsure that all transformation initiatives are executed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.3. Technology Integration
Lead the adoption and integration of new tools, technologies and analytics to drive innovation.Come up with ideas and suggestions on where technology can be leveraged to make workflows more efficientcMonitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company informed new trends4. Change Management
Develop and implement change management strategies to support transformation efforts.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for transformation initiatives.Provide leadership and mentorship to teams undergoing transformation.Manage risks and resolve any issues that arise during the transformation process.5. Performance Measurement
Establish KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives.Regularly review and report on the progress of transformation projects.Ensure continuous improvement by analyzing performance data and making necessary adjustments.Do SLA benchmarking for new project launchesHelp define the right lead metrics that result in outcomes / SLAs defined in SOW6. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with external partners and vendors to drive transformation efforts.c.
