JobSummary:The Quality AuditorExecutive in Property Management plays a critical role in ensuringthe highest standards of quality and compliance across all managedproperties. This position involves leading and overseeing theauditing process developing quality improvement strategies andworking closely with property management teams to implement andmonitor corrective actions. The Quality Auditor Executive willensure that properties meet regulatory requirements and companystandards enhancing operational efficiency and customersatisfaction.
KeyResponsibilities:1.Leadership and Oversight: Lead and managethe quality audit process for all properties undermanagement. Develop audit plans schedulesand methodologies to ensure comprehensiveevaluations. Supervise and mentor juniorquality auditors and audit teams.2. Auditand Inspection: Conduct indepth audits andinspections of properties to ensure compliance with companystandards local regulations and industry bestpractices. Review and analyze audit findingsidentifying significant issues and trends.Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to seniormanagement.
3.Quality Improvement: Develop and implementquality improvement strategies andinitiatives. Work with property managementteams to create and execute action plans for addressing auditfindings. Monitor the effectiveness ofcorrective actions and continuous improvementefforts.
4.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure propertiescomply with all health safety and environmentalregulations. Keep abreast of changes inregulatory requirements and industrystandards. Provide guidance on complianceissues and implement necessary changes to maintaincompliance.
5.Training and Development: Design and delivertraining programs for property management staff on qualitystandards auditing practices and compliancerequirements. Create and update trainingmaterials and standard operatingprocedures.6. StakeholderEngagement: Collaborate with propertymanagers maintenance teams and other stakeholders to ensureunderstanding and adherence to qualitystandards. Build strong relationships topromote a culture of quality and continuousimprovement. Act as the point of contact forqualityrelated issues andinquiries.
7.Reporting and Documentation: Maintainaccurate and detailed records of audit findings recommendations andcorrective actions. Prepare and presentregular reports to senior management on audit outcomes compliancestatus and quality improvement initiatives.Participate in strategic planning and decisionmaking processes toenhance overall property managementquality.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Property Management BusinessAdministration Quality Assurance or a related field. certifications(e.g. Certified Quality Auditor CQA)preferred. Experience: Minimum of 24 yearsof experience in property management or quality assurance withdemonstrated expertise in conducting audits and leading qualityimprovement initiatives.Skills: Strong leadership andteam management abilities. Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skills.Superior communication and interpersonalskills. Proficiency in audit software andMicrosoft Office Suite. Strongorganizational and project managementskills. Certifications: Certified QualityAuditor (CQA) or similar certification is highlydesirable.
