KeyResponsibilities:

  • Assistin the planning and coordination of IT projects ensuring alignmentwith project goals andtimelines.
  • Maintain projectdocumentation including plans schedules and statusreports.
  • Monitor project progressand performance identifying and addressing issues orrisks.
  • Communicate effectively withteam members and stakeholders to provide updates and facilitatecollaboration.
  • Organize and scheduleproject meetings prepare agendas and record meetingminutes.
  • Track project expenses andmanage budgets in collaboration with projectmanagers.
  • Support the preparation ofproject deliverables and ensure compliance with companystandards.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or arelated field.
  • 23 years ofexperience in project coordination preferably in an IT product orservicebased environment.
  • Strongorganizational and multitasking skills with attention todetail.
  • Proficiency in projectmanagement software (e.g. MS Project Jira Trello) and MicrosoftOffice Suite.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Basic understanding ofproject management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) is aplus.


Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology,Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years ofexperience in project coordination, preferably in an IT product orservice-based environment. Strong organizational and multitaskingskills with attention to detail. Proficiency in project managementsoftware (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and Microsoft OfficeSuite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability towork independently and as part of a team in a fast-pacedenvironment. Basic understanding of project managementmethodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
