Summary
We areseeking a resultsoriented IT administrator to manage ourcompany's computer infrastructure. You will be upgradingand installing hardware and software performing troubleshooting toresolve IT issues and maintaining networks and servers anddocumentation. An accomplished IT administrator will be someonewhose technical expertise results in enhanced IT system efficiencyacross company structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and maintaining networks andservers.
  • Upgrading installing and configuringnew hardware and software to meet company
  • objectives.
  • Implementing securityprotocols and procedures in compliance with ISO27001 to preventpotential threats and ensure effective governance in IT.
  • Creating user accounts and performing access controlalong with troubleshooting issues and outages.
  • Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures tooptimize IT assets.
  • Documenting processes aswell as backing up and archiving data.
  • Buildan internal wiki with technical documentation manuals and ITpolicies
  • Developing data retrieval andrecovery procedures.
  • Supervising and mentoringDevelopment department employees as well as providing ITsupport.
  • Keeping up to date with advancementsand best practices in IT administration.
  • Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies andkeeping everyone up to date with IT related changes andmodifications.

Qualifications andExperience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science informationtechnology information systems or similar. (or Proven experience asa System Administrator Network Administrator or similarrole)
  • Applicable professionalqualification such as AWS Microsoft or Ciscocertification.
  • At least twoyears of experience in a similar role.
  • Strongexperience with MS365 administration in terms of user managementand integrations with other platforms.
  • Extensive experience with IT systems networks and relatedtechnologies.
  • Strong knowledge of bestpractices in IT administration and system security.
  • Experience with various operating systems and platformssuch as Windows Linux (Unbuntu) and MacOS along with Linux serverconfiguration.
  • Exceptional leadershiporganizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent spoken/written English.
