We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Admin Assistant to join our team in Santej, Ahmedabad. The 

candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal 

functionality and security.


Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Maintenance and Security:

  • Ensure the existing IT infrastructure is well-maintained and protected from cyber-attacks, data loss, and leaks.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive information.


2. Minimize Downtime:

  • Minimize downtime due to IT-related issues for all company members.
  • Provide timely resolution to IT problems and conduct preventive maintenance.


3. System Monitoring and Maintenance:

  • Maintain and monitor Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Portal, Antivirus Portal, and other IT systems.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.


4. Troubleshooting:

  • Troubleshoot network, internet connection, device, firewall, PC hardware and software, printer, and other IT-related issues.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving problems efficiently.


5. Vendor Collaboration:

  • Work closely with IT service providers and vendors to resolve hardware or software issues promptly.
  • Facilitate strong follow-ups to ensure swift issue resolution.


6. Decision Support:

  • Assist management in making informed decisions regarding the procurement of new IT hardware and software.
  • Provide insights on emerging technologies and their potential impact on the company


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platforms, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues.
  • Experience in ERP system installation and management.
  • Basic knowledge of the Python language is a plus.
