JobDescriptionWe are seeking tohire an individual to join our Human Resources team as aRecruitment Specialist who will play a crucial role in attractingsourcing and screening candidates for various positions within ourorganization. To work closely with the HR team to support therecruitment process from start to finish ensuring a positivecandidate experience and efficient hiringoutcomes.Responsibilities:CandidateSourcing and Screening: Utilize variouschannels including job boards social media and professionalnetworks to source potential candidates.Review resumes and applications and conduct initial screenings toassess candidates qualifications skills and culturalfit.InterviewCoordination: Schedule and coordinateinterviews between candidates and hiringmanagers. Communicate with candidatesthroughout the interview process providing s and gatheringfeedback.Job Postings andAdvertising: Create engaging and informativejob descriptions. Post job openings onrelevant job boards career websites and social mediaplatforms.CandidateAssessment: Conduct reference checks andbackground verifications to validate candidateinformation.Onboarding andOrientation: Assist in coordinating newemployee onboarding activities including paperwork completion andorientation sessions.Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or arelated field. Prior experience orinternship in recruitment or HRrelated roles ispreferred. Excellent communication andinterpersonalskills.
