Recruiter - DAY SHIFT

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. Day-to-day tasks include posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The Recruiter will also be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience, creating reports.


JD:

  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
  • Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open
  • Partner with senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies
  • Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements
  • Should be target driven.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.


Requirement:


  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition of 2-3years.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools -Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
  • Ability to evaluate and screen candidates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems
  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources.
  • Experience in recruitment for freight forwarding or Logistics would be added advantage.
  • Immediate Joiners are preferable.
  • Should have experience with NON-IT recruitment.


Location : Ghatkopar West, Mumbai (Opposite Shreyas Cinema Road)


Day Shift : 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (Sat & Sun Off)


Qualifications

  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus
