Whatyou will be doing at Evalueserve:

Data collection through secondary and primary sources using relevant and qualifiedsources. Active participation & contribution in team discussions on project specific areas. Should be able to bring an understanding of the Energy / Power / Oil & Gas – Utilitiesindustry. Domain Knowledge in Energy/Power/Oil & Gas: The person should be aware about the current developments in the industryo Well versed with the industry terminologies. Hands-on experience in Newsletters. Ability to understand sub-segments of the industry quickly and performsecondary research in a Rapid Research environment. Understanding of industry value chain. Execute complex research requests requiring greater knowledge of relevant industry,topics, and source/database expertise. Provide direct research support to client’s research center. Should be able to present research findings in a professional and cogent mannerthrough MS Office tools. Preparing insightful presentations from research data and dashboard creation. Should be able to handle projects independently and with the team. Experience in Rapid Research, Secondary research. Experience in databases (Factiva, OneSource, Thomson one, EIU). Experience in quality checking process. Ability to understand the consulting business environment, language, and processes. Knowledge of aggregators like Factiva and any industry specific databases be anadded advantage.

Whatwe’re looking for:

Relevant experience of 5-7 years with master’s degree. Excellent oral communication and writing skills. Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timelymanner. An analytical frame of mind with the ability to think through. A learning attitude wouldbe a must. Open mind and flexibility to change based on continuous feedback. Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal skills. Ability to work on both team and autonomous environment.
