RoleOverview:
The primary responsibility isto acquire and engage with institutional clients includingcorporates SMEs banks and other financial institutions. The roleinvolves managing client portfolios providing market and productupdates and making informed recommendations to clients.

Job Context & MajorChallenges:
The wealth managementdivision focuses on delivering researchbacked financial advisoryservices to clients primarily in the HNI segment. The productofferings include mutual funds life insurance bonds structuredproducts real estate advisory company fixed deposits and equitycommodity broking services.

As a Partner ClientRelations / Senior Partner Client Relations professional your keyduties will include identifying and acquiring institutional clientsmanaging overall client relationships and providing treasurysolutions. You will also sell various investment products andgenerate leads for SME lending. Major challenges include conversiontime maintaining a high turnaround time (TAT) staying updated onmarket trends and meeting customer service standards.

KeyResult Areas and Responsibilities:

  1. Client AcquisitionRetention and Growth:

    • Identify and acquire new customers.
    • Execute monthly sales plans and maintain regular contactwith clients.
    • Utilize referral networks andother channels for sourcing new customers.
  2. Client Engagement andPenetration:

    • Ensurecomplete client penetration for business sourced and increase shareof wallet and revenues.
    • Conduct joint callswith the research team for portfolio reviews.
  3. AchievingProfitability and Fee Income:

    • Maintain sales volumes and achieve targeted revenue fromall clients and products.
    • Share regular marketupdates and provide suitable investment solutions.
    • Engage in crossselling initiatives to meet fee incometargets.
  4. Customer SatisfactionInitiatives:

    • Followethical practices in selling products.
    • Ensureclient promises are kept and grievances are addressedpromptly.
    • Stay informed of the latestdevelopments and communicate upcoming clientrequirements.
  5. Policy Adherence andDocumentation:

    • Ensurecompliance with all critical policies and procedures.
    • Monitor client profiles and ensure thorough documentationrelated to proposals and KYC procedures.
  6. Coordination andReporting:

    • Coordinatewith market intermediaries for smooth transactions.
    • Prepare periodic MIS and track competitoractivities.
    • Submit detailed activity and salesreports to the team lead.
  7. SkillEnhancement:

    • Participate in selfdevelopment activities includingtraining programs and certifications to enhance skills in financialsales services.
