We are currently seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Specific Responsibility of Product Owner 
 

  • Working closely with our business stakeholders and engineers to comprehend the business processes at a detailed level. 
  • Selenium WebDriver API and Java, TestNG/Junit 
  • Creating and owning user stories/business requirements documents as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions and detailing out the user stories in the agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon.  
  • Attending daily stand-ups, story-pointing meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure progress on requests and removal of blockers.  
  • Identifying business process improvements and opportunities for automation.  
  • Documenting work using flow charts, written descriptions, screenshots, and videos.
  • Participating in roadmap planning and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations. 
  • Applying knowledge, skills, and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues. 
  • Reacting to process and product-related questions and escalating issues to the correct team or to the management as necessary. 
  • As required, participating in the UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts, test execution, and status reporting.
  • Developing strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with both stakeholders and team members. 
  • Product management, roadmap, strategy, Agile Product owner, Scrum methodology
    Requirement gathering, AS-IS, TO-BE flows, PRD/FRD writing
  • Should have led at least 2 Salesforce implementations
     

Minimum Requirements 
 

  • 8+ Years of experience in enterprise software as an analyst or product owner.
  • 2+ years Salesforce experience is mandatory. 
  • Must have worked on either of the one; Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
  • Proven capability to understand business strategies and application objectives and translate those requirements into effective implementation designs.  
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos.  
  • Clear verbal communicator, with the ability to effectively interact with the Business stakeholders to drive the discussion  
  • Self-directed, with the ability to break down a complex process, assign actions, and manage progress toward a set timeline 
  • Experience with delivering product features within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Prior experience with a software development methodology, Agile preferred
