RoleOverview:

INGSOLis seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer/Senior Quality Engineer tojoin our team focusing on Manufacturing & IndustrialAutomation. The successful candidate will have a strong engineeringbackground in Electrical Mechanical or Instrumentation and possessexperience in quality assurance and control within an industrialsetting. You will be responsible for ensuring that ourmanufacturing processes meet the highest standards of qualityreliability andefficiency.


  • Developand implement quality control processes and standards formanufacturing operations.
  • Performregular inspections and audits of production processes to ensurecompliance with industry standards and companyspecifications.
  • Analyze quality dataand implement corrective actions to address any deviations ordefects in the manufacturingprocess.
  • Collaborate with theengineering and production teams to identify potential qualityissues and develop proactivesolutions.
  • Lead root cause analysisinvestigations and drive continuous improvementinitiatives.
  • Document and reportquality metrics including defect rates process improvements andauditfindings.


Requirements
  • Strongknowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and standards such asISO 9001.
  • Proficiency in qualitycontrol tools and techniques including Six Sigma 5S andKaizen.
  • Experience with statisticalprocess control (SPC) and failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA).
  • Excellent problemsolvingabilities and attention todetail.
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment.
  • Familiarity withautomation technologies and manufacturingprocesses.
  • Experience in thepackaging automotive or process industries will be anadvantage.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) is aplus.
  • Willingness to work in adynamic environment with occasional travel to clientsite.

Bachelor's or Master s degree in Engineering, Business, SupplyChain Management, or a related field. Engineering (Electrical /Mechanical) with MBA will be preferred. 2-5 years of experience inprocurement or a related role. Strong negotiation skills with theability to build and maintain relationships. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity withprocurement software and tools is a plus. Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fast-pacedenvironment
