Aperson with sound technical knowledge who can manage the client andtrain the team members effectively. They need to handle multipleclients which involve a lot of responsibilities and hence theyshould be able to delegate their work to trainees effectively basedon the priority.


DesiredProfile: CS qualified with anexperience range of 02 years.


DutiesandResponsibilities:

Candidateshould be able to handle the following type ofworks:

1.Company SecretarialCompliances.

2.Foreign ExchangeManagement.

3.Managing and overseeing a portfolio of clientcompanies.

4.Liaise/ coordinate with the clients on the applicableCompliances.

5.Corporate Law Advisory &Opinions.
