  • Conducttalent acquisition and recruitmentprocess.
  • Conduct employeeonboarding and help organize training & developmentinitiatives.
  • Provide support tothe employee in various HR Related topics such as HRrulesregulations attendance leaves compensation and resolve anyissues that may arise.
  • Developand implement HR strategies policies and initiatives aligned withthe overall businessstrategy.
  • Bridge management andemployee relations by addressing demands grievances or otherissues.
  • Support current andfuture business needs through the development engagement motivationand preservation of humancapital
  • Develop and monitoroverall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures across theorganization.
  • Nurture a positiveworking environment.
  • InitiateHR Programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workspace.
  • Oversee and manage a performanceappraisal system that drives highperformance.
  • Maintain pay plan andbenefits program.
  • Assess training needsto apply and monitor training programs across theoranization.
  • Report to managementand provide decision support through HRmetrics.
  • Ensure payroll& legal compliance throughout human resourcemanagement.
  • Enhance jobsatisfaction by resolving issues promptly applying new perks andbenefits and organizing team buildingactivities.
MUSThaveRequirements:
  • Provenexperience of minimum 4 years as an HR Professional into the ITIndustry.
  • Ability to architectstrategy along with leadershipskills.
  • Excellent activelistening negotiation and presentationskills
  • Competence to build andeffectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of thecompany.
  • Understanding ofgeneral human resources policies andprocedures.
  • Good knowledge ofemployment/labor laws & HR BestPractices.
  • Outstanding knowledgeof MS Office; HRIS systems; ATS;databases
  • Excellentcommunication and peopleskills.
  • Aptitude inproblemsolving.
  • Desire to work as ateam with a resultsdrivenapproach.
  • Strong organizationalskills.
