KeyResponsibilities:
- Assist in theprocurement of goods and services by coordinating with vendors andsuppliers.
- Process purchase orders and monitordelivery timelines to ensure timely receipt ofgoods.
- Manage inventory levels and maintainaccurate records of stock andpurchases.
- Communicate with internal teams tounderstand their supply needs and identify costeffective sourcingoptions.
- Help streamline the procurementprocess by identifying areas forimprovement.
- Conduct market research to stayupdated on pricing and productavailability.
- Assist with supplier negotiationsto secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Createand maintain good relationships with vendors andsuppliers.
- Provide administrative support tothe procurement team such as preparing reports and maintainingdocumentation.
