RoleDescription: This is a vertical head level positionwhere you shall work with the core leadership team and shall beresponsible for independently driving all HQ marketing &communication for the organization as per businessneeds.Ideal Experience: MBA from a Tier 1/2BSchool with 10 years of work experience across marketingdomains.Roles andResponsibilities:Independently driving impactful gotomarket strategies by owningdevelopment of customer strategy value proposition messagingpositioning sales enablement communications and PRstrategies. Strategize and develop ATL BTL& Digital marketing strategy and brand positioning for thecompany. Lead brand marketing via all ATLchannels viz. Print OOH events and digital channels viz. websitesocial media YouTube etc. Develop and drivemedia outreach campaigns building relationships with influencers toincrease brand presence and build top of mind brand awareness.Creating campaigns from ideation phase budgeting to final roll outand along with defined campaign metrics.Research competition investigate benchmarks and provide suggestionsfor improvement. Maintain a thorough understanding of thecompetitive landscape and markets. Analyze& manage the performance of marketing channels viaanalytical tools and thus develop strategies for continuousimprovement. Ensure execution is based onbudget and in line with approved marketingguidelines.Key Skills& Attributes: Hasexposure in various subdomains of marketing Brand creative& content insights and analytics consumer journey/expmanagement events & activation andcommunication. Passion for EV/ ESG andknowledge of markets and competitive landscape in the autoindustry. Extensive experience settingstrategic direction and project managing complex gotomarketcampaigns that require input and execution from variouscrossfunctional teams. Well networked in theMarketing & Advertising ecosystem.Experience with digital marketing channels including social mediaand SEO. Demonstrated ability to analyze anddistill data into actionable insights and to inform campaignstrategy and product development. Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills is aplus.
