  • Monitoringand controlling the bars budget including cost of goods sold (COGS)and labor costs.
  • Implementing strategies toincrease sales andprofitability.
MarketingandPromotion:
  • Collaboratingwith the marketing team to promote special events happy hours andpromotions.
  • Developing and implementingmarketing initiatives to attract more customers to thebar.
BarOperations:
  • Overseeingdaytoday operations including opening and closingprocedures.
  • Maintaining bar equipment andensuring a clean and organizedworkspace.
CollaborationwithKitchen:
  • Coordinatingwith the kitchen to ensure a seamless integration of food andbeverage services.
  • Developing pairings of foodand drinks to enhance the overall customerexperience.
