Weare currently seeking a talented and experienced Digital MarketingManager tojoin ourteam at Otrix. As the Digital Marketing Manager you will beresponsible for developing and executing digital marketingstrategies to drive brand awareness customer engagement and onlinesales growth. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams tooptimize our online presence enhance customer acquisition andimplement innovative digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:
  • Developand implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achievebrand objectives and revenue goals
  • Plan executeand optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channelsincluding email marketing social media paid advertising SEO andcontent marketing
  • Conduct market research andcompetitor ysis to identify trends and opportunities forgrowth
  • Monitor and yze key performanceindicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and identifyareas for improvement
  • Collaborate with thecreative team to develop compelling and engaging content thataligns with brand messaging and targetaudience
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends andbest practices in digital marketing making recommendations forcontinuous improvement
  • Manage and allocatedigital marketing budgets effectively to maximizeROI
  • Build and maintain strong relationshipswith external partners and agencies to support digital marketinginitiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Digital Marketing or a relatedfield
  • Proven experience as a Digital MarketingManager or similar role within the beautyindustry
  • Strong understanding of digitalmarketing channels tools andtechniques
  • Demonstrated success in developingand implementing digital marketing strategies that driveresults
  • Proficiency in digital marketingplatforms and ytics tools (e.g. Google ytics social mediamanagement tools)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO SEMemail marketing social media advertising and contentmarketing
  • Excellent ytical and problemsolvingss with the ability to interpret data and make datadrivendecisions
  • Strong project management ss with theability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal ss with the ability to collaborate effectively withcrossfunctional teams
  • Pion for the beautyindustry and a keen eye for emerging trends and consumerbehavior
