We areseeking highlyskilled Chief of Staff toact as a strategic advisor confidant andfacilitator.

As a Chief ofStaff you will work closely with the founder and act as a strategicadvisor confidant and facilitator.

You willbe expected to absorb knowledge like a sponge navigate complexitieswith empathy and tact and build trust among various stakeholders.

Additionally youll be responsible forchampioning transformative "0 to 1" projectsacross corporate development data analytics and other verticals.

Requirements:

Provenexperience in a similar role preferably within a fastpacedhighgrowth environment.

Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstratedability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issueswith tact and discretion.

Strong trackrecord of building and maintaining robust relationships with adiverse range of stakeholders.

Highly proactivewith proven problemsolving skills and adaptability.

Deepunderstanding of business operations and strategicplanning.



Requirements

Understandingthe Founder: Collaborate closely with the founder to understandtheir strengths and weaknesses prepare for leadership meetings andfunction as a cohesive unit in group settings.

Building Trust:Establish and foster strong relationships with leaders promotingopen dialogue honest communication and confidentiality.

NavigatingComplexities: Uphold ethics and integrity while providing sincereastute recommendations without bias.

Being anEnabler: Foster direct communication with the founder ensuring aseamless flow of information.

Private DisputeResolution: Handle difficult conversations privately avoidingnegative surprises in public to maintain trust and team harmony.

Future Planningand Intrapreneurship: Champion transformative initiatives acrossvarious verticals leveraging a deep understanding of the companysvision.



Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field 1+ years ofexperience in project sales, account management, or a related roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build andmaintain relationships with customers Proactive problem-solver withthe ability to think creatively Proficiency in CRM and customersupport software
