Overview:The HR/AdminExecutive plays a crucial role in managing various HR andadministrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of theorganization. This position is essential in maintaining employeerecords coordinating HR activities and providing administrativesupport to different departments.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Assist inrecruitment processes such as screening scheduling interviews andonboarding activities.
  • Maintain and updateemployee records in the HRIS.
  • Handleadministrative tasks including managing office supplies handlingcorrespondence and coordinating officeactivities.
  • Coordinate training and developmentprograms for employees.
  • Assist in payroll andbenefits administration.
  • Conduct orientationprograms for new employees.
  • Support in theimplementation of HR policies andprocedures.
  • Assist in organizing company eventsand employee engagement activities.
  • Preparereports and presentations related to HR and administrativeactivities.
  • Assist in maintaining a healthywork environment by addressing employee queries andconcerns.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relevantfield.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational andmultitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice and HRIS software.
  • Understanding of HRprocesses and best practices.
  • Ability tomaintain confidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation.
  • Detailoriented with strongproblemsolving skills.
  • Ability to workeffectively in a team as well asindependently.
  • Willingness to learn and adaptto dynamic HR and administrativeprocesses.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws andregulations.

SkillRequired: Good Communication and writing must. Good computerknowledge. (Excel MS. Office PowerPoint Mailing). Basic knowledgeof HR responsibility. Active and punctual & SharpMind.
