As an Admin Supervisor at L&T EduTech, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a productive and organized work environment. You will be responsible for overseeing administrative staff, managing office resources, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Chennai office.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of administrative personnel, including Administrative Assistants and Office Coordinators.Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members to ensure they meet their job responsibilities effectively.Conduct regular performance evaluations and assist in career development plans. Office Operations: Manage and optimize office space, ensuring an efficient layout and utilization of resources.Oversee office supplies procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships.Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace. Facilities Management: Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment, including computers, printers, and other relevant technology.Ensure a comfortable and safe working environment for employees, addressing any facility-related issues promptly. Event and Meeting Support: Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and workshops.Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including room reservations, audiovisual setup, and catering arrangements. Travel and Accommodation: Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations related to administrative functions.Maintain and organize administrative records, documents, and files for easy retrieval.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred. Proven experience in administrative roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership position. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude. Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite). Knowledge of local regulations and compliance related to office management.-
