Requirements
  • Proficientin managing critical incidents related to Absence and Time Trackingand their associated concepts.
  • Skilled inresolving HCM/Absence and Time Tracking issues by analyzing anddeveloping calculation logics aligned with businessrequirements.
  • Capableof participating in the full project lifecycle includingrequirement gathering Business Analysis System Configuration DesignandTesting.
  • Demonstratedability to contribute to requirement gatherings for enhancementsand propose process improvementideas.
  • Experiencedin supporting deployment activities including implementation andhypercarerelatedtasks.
  • Knowledgeablein HCMrelated topics with a strong understanding of Time &Absence configuration hire to retire business processes supervisoryorganization setups and relatedmodules.
  • Strongunderstanding and expertise in configuring impacting and assessingchanges to businessprocesses.
  • Proficientin EIB loads and data conversionprocesses.
  • Skilledin addressing all business processrelated issues includingconfiguring documents creating text blocks/BIRT notificationsalerts andDashboards.
  • Experiencein handling Absence and Time Tracking security issueseffectively.
  • Familiaritywith reporting techniques including Advanced Matrix and Compositereports with a focus on HCM/Absence and Time Trackingreporting.
  • Proficientin developing HCM/Absence and Time Tracking related DashboardsDiscovery Boards and visually appealing reports based on clientspecifications.
  • Preferredqualification: Certification in Absence and TimeTracking.
