  • Oversee the company’s Azure instance, including managing subscriptions, billing, and resources.
  • Create and manage applications as needed within the Azure environment.
  • Lead and manage the IT support team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT requests and maintain a high level of customer service.



Requirements
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in IT systems administration, with a focus on Windows Server, Active Directory, network security, and cloud services.
  •  Strong experience with Azure, TFS, and internal network management.
  • Proven experience in cloud email migrations, particularly Exchange to Microsoft 365 and G Suite.
  •  In-depth knowledge of network security, firewalls, and antivirus systems.
  •  Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  •  Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.

Proven ability to design and implement effective talent development and training programs. Strong skills in identifying and nurturing high-potential employees for future leadership roles. Expertise in creating a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement and retention. Proficiency in analysing talent metrics and trends to inform strategic development decisions. Experience in effectively managing talent in remote or offshore settings. Ability to provide coaching and support to managers and employees on talent development best practices. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations as they pertain to talent management.
