The Quality Assurance Specialist in the Skills and Development department is responsible for ensuring that all training and development programs meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. This role involves evaluating program content, delivery methods, and overall outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and learner needs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess a strong understanding of instructional design and training methodologies.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that quality audits are done in a timely manner; identifying major and minor gaps and accordingly modifying DD report.
  • Conducting regular field visits to the centers as per the protocol; OJT and Placement - Site visits for verification of placement
  • Validating documents as per SOP across centers for each component in a project cycle and ensuring maintenance of the same at the center; verification of salary slips, offer letters, bank statements, and other placement documents and validation.
  • Submitting weekly/monthly Q reports and gap sharing; ensuring all other inspection reports are submitted as per the timeline.
  • Ensuring training documentation is done as per the guidelines.
  • Attending SRLM/CTSA meetings, coordinating with other team members under the same vertical or across for smooth execution and delivery.
  • Uploading DD report and other data on Kaushal Bharat.
  • Ensuring DV & PV for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th installments with 100% accuracy.
  • Ensuring B1 of placed candidates is updated on the portal in real time.
