OverviewWeare seeking a proficient and meticulous Fitter to join our esteemedteam. The incumbent will be responsible for the precise assemblyinstallation and upkeep of machinery and equipment in strictaccordance with engineering drawings and specifications. Utilizingan array of hand and power tools the Fitter will execute taskspertaining to assembly maintenance and repair ensuring theimpeccable quality and precision of fabricatedcomponents.
WhatThe Work LooksLike:

• Review drawingsand blueprints to determine the materials methods and settingsrequired for specific parts assemblies andprocesses.
• Assemble and install machinery andequipment according to engineering drawings andspecifications.
• Utilize a range of hand andpower tools for assembly maintenance and repairtasks.
• Perform fabrication fitting working withvarious materials including sheet metal sheet paneling and modularfabrication as well as assembly using materials such as M.S S.SAcrylic and FRP.
• Fit parts/raw materials intomachinery and equipment ensuring accuracy and proper fit andemploying tools to cut file plane bore grind and drill metal (SS& MS).
• Knowledge of taper tools toperform tapping operations wherever and whenever required accordingto the workflow.
• Inspect fabricated componentsto ensure correct sizing and adherence to specifications. Testingof the final assembled product whenfinished.
• Replace or repair damaged ordefective components as required andfeasible.
• Ability to quick grasp basicelectrical knowledge electrical connections & routingknowledge Electrical cableidentification.
• Maintain troubleshoot andrepair specialized tools and equipment asneeded.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols andguidelines when working with machinery andequipment.

• Strongmechanical equipment knowledge and ability to use a variety of handand power tools effectively.
• Attention todetail and ability to ensure accuracy in fitting and fabricationtasks.
• Basic reading ability of technicaldrawings and blueprints.

• Technical proficiency in utilizingvarious tools and equipment for fabrication and assemblytasks.

• Knowledge of NCCNC codes andprogramming is advantageous.
• Relevantvocational or technical training/certification isdesirable.

Experience:

• 2years experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similarrole.
