We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the West Corporate Banking team in Mumbai to provide relationship support for the Local Corporate Portfolio. 

  Principal Responsibilities

To assist RMs with servicing and providing operational support for customers, acting as a focal point for customer servicing and transaction management needs, completing requests
or acting as a referral point to the appropriate execution team. To liaise with internal departments (Risk, CDT OPS, GLCM, GTRF, GM etc) to ensure efficient servicing of corporate customers. Ensure implementation of all audit and regulatory recommendations and constant monitoring/ review of the assigned portfolio. Collation of various MIS as per requirement from time to time. Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of a management information, analysis and reporting
framework that supports and informs timely and effective business management and decision making at all levels. Accountable for delivering Client Service excellence effectively managing any risks and issues. Own and resolve issues with all stakeholders or customers and escalate where appropriate. business management and decision making at all levels. Requirements Post graduate with at least 24 months of relevant experience in a client management or corporate banking role. Working knowledge of commercial banking products and services. Ability to work on fast turnarounds, tight deadlines & handle competing time bound client priorities
