Whatyou willdo

  • Driveall stages of research from recruitment to participantcommunications to conducting the studies to analyzing results allthe way through creating the right artifacts to share insights thatinfluence design and productdecisions.
  • Ensuringthat all research plans describe the projects appropriate researchmethods timelines and businessneeds.
  • Creatingartifacts to meet the needs of projects including but not limitedto screeners guides scripts written reports journey maps personadiagrams highlight reels data visualizations and quantitativesummaries.
  • Activelycontributing to internal and external discussions includingpresenting draft and final artifacts for approval tocrossfunctionalteams.
  • Developthe best user research practices within UXReactor and for ourclientpartners researchprograms.

Requirements

Whatwill you bringalong

  • Mastersor bachelors degree in HCI or a related field like psychologysociology cognitive science anthropology information science orequivalent professionalexperience.
  • 3years of proven track record of running UX Research to uncoverinsights identify unmet needs and craft betterproducts.
  • Experiencein a range of qualitative and quantitative researchmethods.
  • Theability to listen empathetically perceive users needs deliver anunbiased view of users and intelligently translate user insightsinto actionablesteps.
  • Experiencein creating and executing inclusive participant recruitmentprocesses.
  • Experiencein complex B2B enterprise/business software across multipleplatforms.
  • Basicknowledge of the principles of effectivedesign.
  • Astrong portfolio or samples of work demonstrating your expertise inwork.
  • Advancedand excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Englishpresentation and interpersonalskills.
  • Proficiencyin written and verbal communication skills in English and excellentpresentation and interpersonalskills.

3+ years of proven track record of running UX Research to uncoverinsights, identify unmet needs, and craft better products.Experience in a range of qualitative and quantitative researchmethods. The ability to listen empathetically, perceive usersneeds, deliver an unbiased view of users, and intelligentlytranslate user insights into actionable steps. Experience increating and executing inclusive participant recruitment processes.Experience in complex B2B enterprise/business software acrossmultiple platforms. Basic knowledge of the principles of effectivedesign. A strong portfolio or samples of work demonstrating yourexpertise in work.
