As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth in the Ahmedabad, Gujarat region. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in field sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and motivating a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving sales goals
  • Willingness to travel within the Ahmedabad, Gujarat region as required


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive business growth in the Ahmedabad, Gujarat region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
  • Provide training and mentoring to sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and product knowledge
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, making recommendations to improve sales performance
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
  • Stay updated with industry developments, attending conferences, workshops, and networking events
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
