This role will support and have direct interaction with local and remote employees and teammates across the globe.

Responsibilities for the Manager, Desktop Systems Support Manage the Corporate Systems team and evaluate and coach to strong performance Ensure customer service is timely and accurate Recruit, train, and support team members Provide expertise, collaboration, and technical support to the Corporate IT Operations department to 
continuously improve policies and procedures. Organize installations and updates in compliance with Change Control policies Develop and maintains the software application configurations, including documentation of IT operation 
runbook Work closely with other roles to research new tools and technologies that can better support business 
needs Effectively communicate issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications of the Manager, Desktop Systems Support Bachelor’s or equivalent in additional professional experience or Technical Degree Required (computer 
science or information systems).  6 years of related experience including:  5+ years as a system administrator / desktop engineer 5+ years working with Windows Desktop Operating Systems 3+ years working with Microsoft Active Directory 2+ years working with Microsoft Office 365 Administration 2+ years working with PowerShell 2 years of management and/or supervisory experience Experience running and managing cross-departmental projects. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities of the Manager, Desktop Systems Support Approachable, open, and consultative with diplomatic but firm approach Exceptional customer service Diplomatic but firm Enthusiastic problem solver with strong troubleshooting expertise Strong attention to detail including precise and effective communications and proven ability to manage 
multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Ability to communicate in English fluently
