JobDescription:

Tableau Developers oversee creatingand developing Tableau Dashboards based on application requirementsand business process expectations. They are regarded as the expertsin communicating with business stakeholders gathering needs anddeveloping efficient Business Intelligence (BI) solutions andanalytics dashboards.

Responsibilities :

Recognize business requirements and devise a solution tomeet data requirements.

Collaborate with ITteams and business experts to implement datadriven policies andinitiatives throughout the enterprise.

Createcreate and update Tableau dashboards and analytics.

Gather clean and prepare data for analytics andvisualization.

Manage and use the Tableauplatform to gain valuable insights.

Createreports using a variety of graphical and data modellingtechniques.

Create new KPIs and monitor themconsistently in datasets.

Gathering andnormalizing data from multiple data sources

Create test and publish dashboards and reports as well asschedule refreshes.

Define access controls andput security measures in place as needed.

Accurately drill deep into data and generatereports.

Designing wireframes and betadashboards with an emphasis on user experience consistency andvisibility

Enhance the whole process of datamanagement collecting dashboard design and product life cyclemanagement

Use algorithms and statisticalapproaches to extract information from data

Troubleshooting any data or performance issues withworkbooks and data sources

Keep an eye onreports and dashboards and make any requiredmodifications.

Oversee Tableaupoweredinstallations architecture and management.

Actively control Tableaus performance and usability to getthe desired outcome.

Requirements & Skills :

Demonstrated expertise in developing and operatingTableaudriven dashboards and analytics.

Theability to query and show massive data sets while optimizingworkbook performance.

The ability to deciphertechnical or dashboard structure and translate complicated businessneeds into technical specifications.

Familiaritywith Tableau administrator/architecture

Knowledge of Tableau prep tool

Expertise in Tableau development is necessary.

Excel proficiency at a high level (macros pivot tablesetc.)

Knowledge of complex mathematical andstatistical functions

A firm grasp of SQLrelational database management systems data modelling andstandardization

Excellent communicationabilities
