Job Description
The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for driving the Learning and Development (L&D) strategy across the account, ensuring that it is aligned with and supports the Account’s objectives. The role will focus on enhancing the account’s reputation for being an account of choice helping individuals achieve their ambitions.
The role will focus on bringing to life the account’s L&D program, working with subject matter experts to build, deploy and track L&D material utilizing the Learning Management System platform to ensure maximum reach and impact across the account.

Ideal Candidate:
Experience in a Learning & Development/Training is a must Experience leveraging various technology tools to deliver L&D platform (e.g. web, eLearning tools, LMS, Scorn files, tracking, assessment, etc.) Knowledge of Learning Management System (Cornerstone experience is a plus) Real Estate & Facilities health and safety training experience is a plus (not required) Ability with work with virtual leadership team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs Strong organizational and management skills Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently Ability to function effectively in a dynamic work environment Numerical literacy; ability to analyze and present informationWhat you can expect from us
