Techno Solution Engineers/Technical Support Engineers

As a Techno Solution Engineer in Telecom, you'd likely be involved in designing, implementing, and maintaining technological solutions for telecommunication networks. Your role would encompass understanding the requirements of clients, assessing existing infrastructure, and proposing suitable technology solutions to meet their needs. This might involve working with various telecommunications technologies such as wireless communication systems, fiber optics, network protocols, and software-defined networking.
Your responsibilities could include:
Solution Design: Developing technical solutions tailored to meet specific customer requirements, considering factors like scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Network Optimization: Analyzing network performance and recommending optimizations to enhance efficiency, throughput, and quality of service.
Integration: Integrating new technologies or services into existing network infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility.
Testing and Validation: Conducting tests and validation procedures to ensure that solutions meet performance standards and functional requirements.
Client Engagement: Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs, providing technical consultancy, and offering insights into emerging technologies and industry trends.
Troubleshooting: Resolving technical issues and providing support to troubleshoot network problems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to services.
Documentation: Creating technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and training materials for internal teams and customers.
Your role would require a solid understanding of telecommunications principles, network architecture, and relevant technologies, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Additionally, staying updated with advancements in the telecom industry would be essential to remain competitive and provide innovative solutions.
RequirementsBTech holders with proven experience in a similar role, preferably within enterprise business environments. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of broadband technologies and expertise in designing, deploying, and managing WiFi networks and other technology solutions. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical solutions or engineering role, preferably within the telecom or ISP industry.
