Experiencein working Critical incidents on Absence and Time Tracking and itsrelated concepts.
Experience in resolving HCM/Absenceand Time Tracking Issues by analyzing and creating the calculationlogics as per the business need.
Participate in the fulllifecycle of a project including requirement gathering BusinessAnalysis System Configuration Design and Testing
Participate in getting the Requirement gatherings for a newenhancement and proposing ideas to enhance the process.
Support deployment activities including involvement inimplementation and hyper care related activities
Experience on HCM related topics for support incidents goodunderstanding in Time & Absence and its configuration hireto Retire Business Process supervisory organization and relatedmodule setups
Good understanding and expertise onconfiguration impact and assessment of business processchanges.
Good understanding of EIB loads and dataconversion
Experience in handling on all businessprocess related issues including configuring the documents bycreating text blocks/BIRT notifications alerts andDashboards
Experience on handling Absence and TimeTracking security issues
Experience in Reporting(Advanced Matrix and Composite reports) mainly on HCM /Absence andTime Tracking reporting is added advantage
Experience inHCM/Absence and Time Tracking related Dashboards and DiscoveryBoards and Reporting oriented visual creation based on clientrequirements.
Absence and Time Tracking certification ispreferred.
