We are looking for a MEP assistant (Experience - Min 7-8 Years , Qualification - ITI/Graduate ) for a leading real estate developer in Mumbai.


Roles & Responsibilities

  1. To change the drawing (MEP) as and when required as per the site requirement
  2. (Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, LV system such as CCTV, EPBX, Fire Alarm and BMS etc)
  3. To collect the equipment information, brand etc from suppliers/contractors.
  4. To coordinate with engineers and contractors with relate to progress of work on weekly basis, prepare Bar chart and inform concerned Department and HOD
  5. To ensure Inter department coordination and correspondence to be carried out as and when required
  6. To collect all shop drawing as per the final lay out and operational manual from all contractors and keep ready to hand over to FM department
  7. To carry out any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
  8. To prepare MIS report on quarterly basis.
