JobOverview:
Weare seeking an experienced and motivated Freelance Recruiter tojoin our team. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible forsourcing screening and selecting qualified candidates to fillvarious positions with our clients. The ideal candidate will have astrong understanding of recruitment best practices excellentcommunication skills and the ability to effectively manage theendtoend recruitmentprocess.
Responsibilities:
1.Understanding the requirements.
2. Developand implement sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool ofcandidates.
3.Utilize online job boards social media networking events and otherchannels to actively recruit potentialcandidates.
4.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesfor openpositions.
5.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualificationsand fit for therole.
Requirements:
1.Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role preferably in afreelancecapacity.
2.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitmentsoftware.
3.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices andtechniques.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
5.Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in afastpacedenvironment.
Thisis a freelance position with flexiblehours.
