We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Cyber Security Technical Sales Lead & Go-to-Market Strategist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our Managed Cyber Security Services offerings to market success through strategic planning, technical expertise, and effective sales leadership.
Responsibilities:
Technical Sales Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful service positioning and sales execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with customer needs and market demands.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing services, ensuring market penetration and competitive advantage.
- Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their technical requirements and incorporating feedback into product development and sales strategies.
- Be an ambassador of Concentrix Cyber Security services by engaging in client executive presentations and participating in industry forum
Technical Expertise:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to provide technical insights and ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Sales Enablement:
- Work closely with the sales team to provide training, tools, and resources necessary for effective selling of our cyber security services and support them with technical solutions
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling collateral that highlights technical features and benefits.
Performance Analysis:
- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of go-to-market strategies and sales efforts.
- Conduct regular analysis to optimize strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
- 10 years + of proven experience in technical sales leadership and go-to-market strategy development in the domain of Cyber Security
- Strong understanding of technology trends and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
