We are seeking aProgramme Coordinator to providespecialized administrative support in the developmentimplementation and marketing of program/ project function. Thepostholder a key member of the Young Bihar team works closely withthe Chief Operating Officer and reports to the Senior ProgrammeManager.

The successful candidate should beeducated to a masters degree or equivalent with Social PolicySocial Development Social Work and Rural Development as one of thesubjects and have considerable experience of working in a similarrole (minimum 3 years) including researching on the relevant topicsand managing teams and projects. They should have outstandingcommunication liaison and organizational skills and possess theability to work creatively and strategically across aninstitution.
