- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in the presentation and flavor of dishes (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient knife skills, enabling efficient and precise ingredient preparation with minimal waste.
- Strong organization skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage various tasks effectively.
- Ability to work cohesively with a team, fostering a supportive and collaborative kitchen atmosphere.
- Competent in time management to efficiently prioritize tasks and meet service deadlines.
- Deep menu knowledge to assist in the preparation and presentation of a diverse range of dishes.

- Assist in the preparation and presentation of cold dishes in the garde manger section.
- Ensure all food is prepared to a consistently high standard, following recipes and instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure service runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and report potential shortages to the kitchen manager.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
- Participate in the development and refinement of recipes and techniques.
