About thejob


Asthe ImplementationHead atYUBI you will beresponsible for leading and overseeing the successfulimplementation of our products/services for clients. You will playa pivotal role in ensuring that projects are delivered on timewithin budget and to the highest quality standards. This roleoffers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence buildstrong client relationships and contribute to the growth andsuccess of ourorganization.



KeyResponsibilities:


ProjectManagement:


  • Leadendtoend implementation projects from project initiation topostimplementation review ensuring adherence to project timelinesscope andbudget.

  • Developdetailed project plans resource allocation strategies and riskmitigation plans to effectively manage projectexecution.

  • Coordinatecrossfunctional teams including implementation specialistsdevelopers consultants and external partners to deliver integratedsolutions that meet clientrequirements.


ClientRelationshipManagement:


  • Serveas the primary point of contact for clients during theimplementation process establishing strong relationships andmanaging clientexpectations.

  • Conductregular status meetings progress updates and milestone reviews withclients to ensure alignment and address any concerns orissues.

  • Actas a trusted advisor to clients providing expert guidance andsupport to maximize the value derived from ourproducts/services.


QualityAssurance andCompliance:


  • Ensurethat all implemented solutions meet quality standards regulatoryrequirements and industry bestpractices.

  • Conductthorough testing and validation of deliverables identifying andaddressing any defects or gaps infunctionality.

  • Collaboratewith internal stakeholders to improve implementation processescontinuously tools andmethodologies.



Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Project Management or a relatedfield.

  • Provenexperience in project management with a focus on softwareimplementation or professional servicesdelivery.

  • Workingknowledge on banking projects & related markets isexpected.

  • Strongleadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivatecrossfunctional teams to achieve projectobjectives.

  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and stakeholder managementskills.

  • Solidunderstanding of project management methodologies tools and bestpractices.

  • Experienceworking in a clientfacing role with a demonstrated ability to buildand maintain strong clientrelationships.

  • Havinga PMP or Prince2 certification will be an add on.

About the job As theImplementation Head at YUBI, you will be responsible for leadingand overseeing the successful implementation of ourproducts/services for clients.
