Contractmanagement:

Drafting and Vetting oflegal Agreements.

Ability to understand andappreciate of nuances reg. enforcement of liabilities/ warranties/product liabilities/ qualitydelivery issues; ability to handletermination of contracts/ novation of contracts/ structuringtransactions etc.

Ability to single handedlymanage negotiation and successful closure of contracts.

Risk mitigation in contracts.

LegalResearch:

Ability to do legalresearch of judgments

Litigation management:

Ability to read and understand litigation papers draftingnotices for contractual breaches responding to authorities on anyallegations being able to brief counsels on any litigation mattersbeing able to attend to court matters. Fair idea about courtprocedures is essential.

Any other activitiesas may be required to be performed in connection with theSecretarial and legal function.
