Head- Villas

Project Planning and Execution:

• Developing comprehensive project plans to align with organizational goals and objectives
• Overseeing villa construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards and timelines
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing necessary changes
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of construction professionals to create a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, for seamless project coordination
• Meeting efficiency and project quality targets
• Driving adherence to the organization's values
• Supervising inventory management to reduce wastage
• Managing contractors and contract staff for structural, civil, finishes, and MEP services
• Conducting construction reviews with all contractors and developing action plans
• Coordinating with architects and other consultants for as-built drawings
• Developing detailed work execution plans for civil, MEP, and finishing work aligned with schedules
• Handling technical issues of the project with stakeholders
• Implementing project procedures and systems
• Ensuring incident-free operations by following safe working practices on-site

Budget Management:

• Developing and managing project budgets for cost-effectiveness and efficient resource utilization
• Monitoring and controlling project expenses to stay within budgetary constraints

Quality Assurance:

• Implementing and enforcing quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards and regulations
• Conducting regular inspections to maintain quality consistency

Contractor Management:

• Selecting, negotiating with, and managing contractors and vendors for timely and cost-effective project completion
• Overseeing the bidding process for construction contracts
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals for construction projects

Risk Management:

• Identifying potential risks in construction projects and implementing risk mitigation strategies
• Addressing unforeseen challenges promptly and effectively

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Masters degree is a plus)
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in similar leadership roles in residential/villa construction
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with successful track record in leading construction teams
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Financial acumen for budget management and cost control; experience with rapid construction methods
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and challenges
• Relevant certifications in project management or construction are desirable
