  • Interviewcandidates via phone video andinperson
  • Trackkey recruiting metrics like timetohire and source ofhire
  • Reachout to potential candidates and build relationships for future jobopportunities (for example via LinkedIn oremail)
  • Sendjob offer letters and negotiateterms
  • Processemploymentforms
  • Developtraining and onboardingmaterial
  • Respondto employees questions about benefits (for example number ofvacation days they re eligiblefor)
  • Maintainingphysical and digital personnel records like employment contractsand PTOrequests
  • Updateinternal databases with new hireinformation
  • Createand distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about companypolicies

Qualification/Interest
