Overview:As aRadiologist Consultant (DMRD/MD/DNB) you will play a critical rolein providing expertise in diagnostic imaging and interpretingmedical images to guide patient care. Your specialized knowledgeand skills will contribute to accurate diagnoses and treatmentplanning making a significant impact on patientoutcomes.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Reviewing andinterpreting medical images such as Xrays CT scans MRIs andultrasounds
  • Providing accurate and timelyreports on radiological findings
  • Collaboratingwith other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patientcare
  • Using advanced radiological technologiesto perform diagnostic procedures
  • Adhering toquality and safety standards in radiologicalpractice
  • Consulting with referring physiciansto discuss imaging findings andrecommendations
  • Participating inmultidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complexcases
  • Supervising and training junior radiologystaff and technologists
  • Keeping abreast ofadvancements in radiological techniques andtechnologies
  • Ensuring compliance withregulatory requirements and best practices inradiology
RequiredQualifications:
  • Medical degree(DMRD/MD/DNB) with specialization inradiology
  • Board certification inradiology
  • Valid state medical license topractice as a radiologist
  • Proven experience indiagnostic imaging and medicalinterpretation
  • Strong understanding ofradiological technologies andequipment
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize andmanage a high caseloadeffectively
  • Detailoriented approach toanalyzing and reporting radiologicalfindings
  • Commitment to delivering highqualitypatientcentered care
  • Proficiency in usingradiology information systems and picture archiving andcommunication systems (PACS)
  • Willingness toparticipate in ongoing education and professionaldevelopment
  • Sound ethical and professionalconduct in radiological practice
  • Demonstratedproblemsolving and decisionmakingabilities
  • Capability to work collaboratively ina multidisciplinary healthcareenvironment
