KeyResponsibilities:

  • Conduct manual testingof web applications mobile apps and progressive web apps(PWA).

  • Develop and execute test plans test cases andtest data.

  • Create and manage defectreports.

  • Perform functional integration System andregression testing.

  • Utilize various automation testing tools likePlaywright Selenium k6 Rest Assured Cypress andCucumber.

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Javaprogramming languages proficiency in scripting languages includingPython is a plus.

  • Perform API testing using Postman and GraphQLquery testing using Insomnia.

  • Conduct performance testing usingJMeter.

  • Monitor app/website traffic via HTTP Proxy andother proxy tools.

  • Execute compatibility testing across differentbrowsers (Firefox Chrome IE and Safari) and operating systems(Windows Android and Mac OS).

  • Manage and report project time andprogress.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams inAgile/Scrum environments.

  • Utilize defect and test managementtools such as ClickUp Jira GitLab andTrello.

  • Manage and mentor team members andsubordinates.

Essential Skillsand Experience:

  • 5 years of experience inQA (both manual and automation).

  • Proficiency with automation testingtools: Playwright K6 Selenium Rest Assured Playwright Cypress andCucumber.

  • Experience with manual testing tools: PostmanJMeter Insomnia and HTTP Toolkit.

  • Solid understanding ofSDLC and STLC.

  • Handson experience with different testapproaches including Waterfall andAgile/Scrum.

  • Experience in performing functionalintegration system and regression testing.

  • Familiarity with defect& test management tools like ClickUp Jira GitLab andTrello.

  • Proficient in conducting compatibility testingacross various browsers and operatingsystems.

  • Strong background in performance testing usingJMeter.

  • Expertise in API testing using Postman andGraphQL query testing with Insomnia.

  • Competence inmonitoring app/website traffic via HTTP Proxy and otherproxytools.

  • Effective team and subordinate managementskills.

  • Excellent project time reporting andmanagement capabilities.

  • Excellent communicationskills.

  • Familiarity with version controltools such as Git GitLab GitHub andBitbucket.

  • Knowledge of IDEs and development tools likeNetBeansm Intelij IDEA and VSCode.

  • Proficiency inprogramming languages and technologies: Java JavaScript and GoogleApps Script.
